Ingredients :
- 120g ghee
- 60g icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- A little vanilla
- 180g plain flour, sifted with
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg for glazing
Method :
- Cream ghee and icing sugar in a mixer until well combined. Add egg yolk, salt, vanilla and mix well.
- Fold in sifted flour.
- form into small balls and place onto a baking tray. Use finger to dip a little egg yolk and press on top of cookies.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celcius for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove and leave to cool before storing.
