- chicken drumsticks
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, skinned and cut into chunks
- 3 red chillies, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp light soya sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dark soya sauce
Method :
- Mix chicken drumsticks with salt and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat up 1 tbsp oil in a cooker, pan-fry chicken drumsticks until golden brown. Add onion, red chillies and sauce until fragant.
- Add seasoning and bring to boil. Cover with lid and simmer for 10 minutes with low heat. Dish up and serve.
